Councillor Nicolson left the meeting at 10:47 am.

 

The Principal Planning Officer informed the Committee that subsequent to the publication of the agenda, the applicant had changed the layout of the proposal, with plot 8, 9, 10, 11 and 22 now containing different house types.

 

The Committee received a presentation from Mr J Blue, agent for the applicant, in support of the application.

Reason: To ensure a satisfactory development and to avoid any ambiguity as to what constitutes the approved details.

Prior to Occupation

1.       Prior to the first occupation of the dwelling Plot 8, the Eastern Gable window shall be fitted with obscure glazing at level 4 or 5 and shall be retained as such thereafter for the duration of its occupation.

Reason: In the interests of the privacy and amenity of neighbouring properties.

1.       Separate approval for the works hereby granted permission/consent may be required by the Building Act 1984 and the Building Regulations 2000 (as amended), and the grant of planning permission does not imply that such approval will be given.
