Seconded by Councillor Briggs

 

and RESOLVED that Councillor Baker be elected the Chairman of the Human Resources and Appeals Sub-Committee for this meeting.

To receive declarations of the existence and nature of any private interests, both disclosable pecuniary and any other registrable interests, in any matter to be considered or being considered..

Exclusion of the Press and Public

To consider whether, in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, members of the public (including the press) should be excluded from the meeting during discussion of the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 to Schedule 12A of the Act.

Complaint

To consider report no G31/21 of the Assistant Director Legal and Democratic Services which informs Members of the circumstances relating to a complaint.

 

RECOMMENDED that the Panel considers the representations and documentation which is submitted to it and determines the appropriate course of action in relation to the complaint. 

Minutes:

The Chairman welcomed attendees to the hearing and outlined the hearing procedure.

 

Members considered report no G31/21 of the Assistant Director Legal and Democratic Services which informed Members of the circumstances relating to a complaint.

 

The Sub-Committee RESOLVED that the complaint was NOT UPHELD.
