To receive declarations of the existence and nature of any private interests, both disclosable pecuniary interests and any other registrable interests, in any matter to be considered or being considered.

Annual Review of Fees and Charges pdf icon PDF 262 KB

To consider report F3/20 from the Director of Corporate Services which is attached and which seeks to review the level of fees and charges to be implemented from 1 April 2020, for this Portfolio, as part of the Council’s annual budget exercise.

 

RECOMMENDATION that the proposed charges for Land Charges for the financial year 2020/21, as set out in Appendix A to this report, be agreed.

To consider report F1/20 from the Director of Corporate Services which is attached and which seeks to set out a number of write-offs for the Portfolio Holder’s consideration.

 

RECOMMENDATION that £14,758.86 is written off for accountancy purposes, subject to continuing efforts to recover the monies due.
