Minutes:

Councillor Chambers gave a personal explanation with regard to planning applications 19/0637 and 19/0638 in that he was the Ward Councillor.  He noted that the reports included in the Agenda pack indicated that he had been asked to speak on behalf of Clifton Parish Council.  He stated that he had not been so approached nor received any correspondence or been otherwise involved in connection with the applications. He confirmed that he had maintained an open mind on the matters to be considered.

 

Councillor Eyles gave a personal explanation in that he intended to record the meeting for his personal use.
