She would be attending a later meeting of the Committee. The Chair also clarified that at the meeting of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee on the 12 January the Westmorland and Furness Portfolio Holder for Sustainable Communities and Localities had been invited to be in attendance at this meeting.
A member queried at pack page 15 why there was reference to 2021/2022.
The Democratic Services Officer clarified that it was a typographical error in the report and it would be amended on subsequent reports.
A member asked which Committee would be most suited for a discussion in relation to the current energy crisis.
The Deputy Chief Executive clarified that the role of Overview and Scrutiny Committee was to develop policy or scrutinise actions of the Cabinet, as such a discussion like this wasn’t suited to Overview and Scrutiny.
