To receive declarations of the existence and nature of any private interests, both disclosable pecuniary interests and any other registrable interests, in any matter to be considered or being considered.

To consider report PP46/20 which seeks to consider the introduction of a third party pay by phone/app system for Eden District Council’s car parks.

RECOMMENDATIONS that the Council should:

1.     set up pay by phone/app system for parking with Pay by Phone; and

2.     look to use this system for issuing permits once a parking policy has been established.
