To consider Report No: DoR90/22 of the Assistant Director Customers, Performance & Housing which seeks approval for the amended Housing Assistance & Disabled Facilities Grant Policy, and to include a discretionary grant for the Heating System Service and Repair Grant for homeowners.

RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Portfolio Holder for Housing & Health approves:

The amended Housing Assistance & Disabled Facilities Grant Policy (Appendix A) which now includes a discretionary grant for the Heating System Service and Repair Grant for homeowners.
