To receive declarations of the existence and nature of any private interests, both disclosable pecuniary interests and any other registrable interests, in any matter to be considered or being considered.

To consider report C3/19 from the Assistant Director Organisational Development which is attached and which seeks to recommend the adoption of the revised Management of Change Guidance.

RECOMMENDATION that the Leader considers the attached Management of Change Guidance and approves the adoption of the revised guidance for use at the Council with immediate effect.
