To appoint a Vice-Chair for the Licensing Committee for the municipal year 2022/2023.

Seconded by Councillor Ross

and RESOLVED that Councillor Baker be appointed as Vice-Chair of the Licensing Committee.

To receive declarations of the existence and nature of any private interests, both disclosable pecuniary and any other registrable interests, in any matter to be considered or being considered.

There were no declarations of interest received.

To note that the minutes Lic/54/05/22 to Lic/59/05/22 of the meeting of the Licensing Committee held on the 11^th May 2022, were confirmed and approved by the Annual Council meeting held on the 26^th May 2022 as a correct record of those proceedings (copies previously circulated).

It was noted that at the meeting of Annual Council held on the 26^th May 2022, it was resolved that the minutes Lic/54/05/22 to Lic/59/05/22 of the meeting of the Licensing Committee held on 11^th May 2022, were confirmed and signed by the Chair as a correct record of those proceedings.

To consider report no: DoR75/22 of the Assistant Director Legal and Democratic Services, which seeks to determine an application to vary an existing Street Trading consent submitted by Mr Patrik Horvath, trading as Nitro Coffee.

This item was withdrawn for consideration by the licensing applicant.

There were no urgent items of business.

No formal meeting of the Licensing Committee has been scheduled, however, if necessary, a meeting will be held on the first Wednesday of the month.

The date of the next meeting was not confirmed.
