To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Licensing Committee for the 2019/2020 municipal year.

That Councillor Patterson be appointed as Vice-Chairman for the 2019/20 municipal year.

Apologies for absence were received from Councillor Holden, Councillor Eyles attended as substitute; Councillor Martin, Councillor Chambers attended as substitute and Councillor Wicks.

Councillor Eyles advised that he had sat on the previous Licensing Committee that considered the person’s suitability to be a Hackney Carriage Driver.

 

Councillor Banks advised that he had sat on the previous Licensing Committee that considered the person’s suitability to be a Hackney Carriage Driver.

                                                         

Councillor Raine advised that she sat on the previous Licensing Committee that considered the person’s suitability to be a Hackney Carriage Driver.
