Minutes:

Councillor Meadowcroft gave a personal explanation tin respect of item 8 of the Agenda in that the parties involved were known to her.  She stated that she would take part in the discussion and vote.

 

Councillor Sealby gave a personal explanation in respect of item 4 of the Agenda in that he is a member of Ullswater Yacht Club.  He stated that he would take part in the discussion and vote.

To consider report G15/19 from the Deputy Chief Executive which is attached and which enables consideration to be given to the results of the consultation on the proposed amendments to the existing licence conditions for pleasure boats on Ullswater.

 

RECOMMENDED that the proposed amended conditions are approved.
