To consider Report No: DoR82/22 of the Assistant Director Legal and Democratic Services which seeks to inform Members of the circumstances relating to a complaint.

 

RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Panel considers the representations and documentation which is submitted to it and determines the appropriate course of action in relation to the complaint.
