Proposed by Councillor Banks

Seconded by Councillor Armstrong

 

and RESOLVED that Councillor Robinson be elected as Chairman of the Human Resources and Appeals Sub-Committee for this meeting.

The Chairman welcomed attendees to the hearing and outlined the hearing procedure.

 

Members considered report G70/19 from the Assistant Director Governance which informed them of the circumstances relating to the complaint.

 

RESOLVED that the complaint be NOT UPHELD.
