To consider report no: PP30/21 of the Assistant Director Communities which seeks to enable consideration to be given to the formal approval of the proposed Body Worn Video Camera (BWV) and Dash Mounted Camera (DMC) policy for use by Council Officers.

RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Executive approve the draft policy as set out in Appendix A to this report.

and RESOLVED that the Cabinet approve the draft policy as set out in Appendix A to this report.

To consider report no: F40/21 of the Interim Director of Resources which seeks to undertake the annual review of the Council Tax Reduction Scheme (CTRS) and to decide whether the Scheme should be amended for 2022-23, or remain unchanged.

RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that a recommendation be made to Council on 27 January 2022, that the Council Tax Reduction Scheme for 2022-23 should remain unchanged from that in 2021-22.
