Members were advised of the application requiring a decision by Members as detailed in a report of the Assistant Director Development.

The Planning Officer summarised the application following a full presentation having been given at the previous committee.
Proposed by Councillor Eyles that planning permission be approved as he considered the application to be in accordance with LS1 and HS2 as an infill and being in accordance with policy-approval with delegation to officers to agree conditions.
Seconded by Councillor Lynch.
